03Is the RWC Program open to all students?
Yes! RWC is open to all middle and high school students who are interested in STEM, technology, and hands-on learning. Students come from various school districts and backgrounds.
04How big can each team be?
Team sizes vary by project, but typically teams consist of 4-8 students. This ensures everyone has a meaningful role while learning collaboration skills.
05How is this program different from an internship?
Unlike an internship, RWC is a structured educational program where students co-design the curriculum, elect leadership roles, and work on multiple projects across different STEM disciplines. It combines classroom learning with real-world project experience.
06Is there any protection for information shared with students?
Yes, RWC maintains strict protocols for handling sensitive information. All projects involving proprietary or confidential data are governed by appropriate agreements, and students are trained on professional information handling practices.

09How can I become a coach in the program?
You can apply to become a coach by filling out the application form on our For Coaches page. We welcome professionals, university students, and alumni who are passionate about STEM education and mentoring young learners.
10How can my company join the Capstone program?

11How many projects can we sponsor?
There is no fixed limit — partners can sponsor as many projects as they wish. Each project is matched with a student team, and the scope is collaboratively defined to benefit both students and the sponsoring organization.
